UNITED STATES:
Respecting your privacy, by law, there is no need to mention/declare the contents of your package - we never volunteer even when curious employees have wondered, aloud, what is inside. We always smile and thank them
Your package has a return address that does NOT include the gear guy gear website name
Your package will not have any writing on the front or back about it's contents
The answer is always, "No", when asked (when packages are taken personally to the post office), "Are the contents liquid, fragile, perishable or hazardous?" That is all there is when asked about the contents - period.
Items such as the FTM STUD / BUD are shipped in sturdy Postal Service issued boxes.
Fabric only items are shipped in sturdy flat Postal Service issued mailers.
INTERNATIONAL / CANADA:
When packages are shipped outside the USA, a Customs form must be completed; we adhere to the letter of the law yet keep the embarrassment quotient down.
However, once your customs office processes your package, which they will, by law they have the right to open your package and enquire about what is inside, what it is, ect...They may send it on for delivery to your residence or require that you pick your package up personally.
We must declare the value of the contents. You may be required to pay a VAT - Value Added Tax however, it's unlikely with our low pricing

Please DO NOT ask us to lie - We will decline immediately and reserve the right to cancel your order. Making a choice to order these items holds some responsibility when dealing with any Customs Office. Be prepared to answer questions at your Customs office, if the need arises. It's rare but it can happen.
We have written short letters, to be included inside the package (should it be opened) for the Customs Office Official to read, explaining the nature of an item like The FTM STUD. (We will never include a letter such as the one below unless asked by the person ordering/receiving the item!)

The enclosed garments function as a holder for the prosthetic so can be worn securely under clothing.
