We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime with or without notice.
GROUNDS FOR A DENIAL OR CANCELATION OF AN ORDER:
Abusive or harassing emails
Abusive or harassing Texts, when you obtain our cell number, from us, for texts
Text messages sent in the middle of the night or outside the hours we set
Other:
Paying by Personal Check when we specifically state we do not accept such a payment form
Typing in your order details on Paypal, if we give you our Paypal account information
Please Note - OUR TEXT MESSAGE RULES:
On the occasion when a client is given our cell to communicate via text message about their order or it is obtained by them after we have sent an update regarding the progress/shipment of their order, any harassing or abusive texts or texts sent after the hours set (especially between 12 midnight and 6 am CST), will be grounds for an immediate cancellation of an order.
We are not joking around about this. Our cell is on 24/7
ALL TEXTS FROM A CLIENT SHOULD BE SENT BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10 am and 9pm Central Standard Time.
We try very hard to not text anyone before 10 am any time zone or after 9 pm (We do our best to check the state the client is in then figure out what time it is when we send a text)
Giving a client our cell number to communicate with us via text message, is a privilege not a right! No other seller of gear for Transmen and Drag Kings goes this extra step for clients - not one!
THIS MEANS:
We trust that you will use this privilege wisely, thoughtfully & maturely; that you will conduct yourself as an adult.
WHEN WE NEED TO TEXT YOU OR REPLY TO YOUR TEXT:
Receiving a text message from us as an update or shipment notice thereby giving you our cell number does not mean you may abuse this service or at a later date text us with a new order - we did not accept an order from you in the past via this method so it does not mean will will do so in the future.
IF OR WHEN YOU TEXT US OR ANSWER A TEXT FROM US:
Any client with our text cell number will not have the right to send a text at unreasonable hours. Check the clock before you type!
Any client withour text cell number will not have the right to become abusive if told to send texts during reasonable hours**
Most people understand what that means yet some have proven to either not understand or not care.
If a person is told to cease all texts and or emails, we expect that person to do as we ask. We have reasons and they are valid!
Anyone who continues to text/email after been asked to cease texts and emails (because they have become abusive), will face the following:
First, their cell number will be blocked and email address blocked.
Second, we will look up their phone number using a private service, to obtain their carrier name. Then all texts will be forwarded to them for a violation of their Terms of Use.
If through email, we will use the same service to look up the email header info, which includes DNS and IP numbers to find out who they use for their Internet provider/connection then all emails will be forwarded to them for a violation of their Terms of Use.
If too severe, the proper authorities in their jurisdiction will be notified and given their name, age, address and phone, pressing charges, if need be.
