Turn Around Times

"Turn around time" means, the average amount of time that it should take, [from the date you paid until your ticket comes up next] for your items to be made.

Before you proceed...

Anyone submitting a request to rush their items or have by a date that goes against the time frames outlined below, will find no Reply in their email inbox- In other words, your email will be deleted and will not be answered! 

These are CUSTOM MADE ITEMS! They do not exist in their completed form until after an order has been paid for and then, made in the order paid for!

DO NOT ask us to put your order ahead of anyone who has already paid and has been patiently waiting for their items to be prepped and made/assembled/sewn. We will not even entertain this type of request. Plan ahead!

Average turn around time for each of these items or making a combination of these items: 7-9 business days from date payment is made or received.

This time can vary depending on work load - the time can reduce (likely) or go up to 14 working days (though very unlikely but not out of the question!). There is no way to tell until after your gear has been paid for, during when we periodically review how many tickets are on hand to be made and where your ticket falls within that stack. You *may* be alerted through TEXT message (discretely), when your ticket is coming up to be made

We do not like being pressured through email asking questions such as but not limited to: "When  is my ___ going to be made?" "Is my ticket up next?", "Can you tell me when mine will be made?", "Can you rush mine?" (That will be grounds for a refund and no GEAR!), "How soon will you be getting to mine?"...ect....

> USA Non-Guaranteed Priority Mail: 2-3 business days. This service can take longer!
All items ship this method despite the number of items 1 -12, it doesn't matter. If you absolutely do not want Priority and want 1st Class, we will consider your request but 1st Class rates will start at $3 - Remember, USA Priority Mail is a flat $5

Overnight Shipping is available (some remote or smaller cities/towns may be 2 days) This service excludes Sundays and Holidays. Rates start at $20

!! Choosing/Paying for Overnight shipping does not mean that your items will be made and mailed the day order is paid for/payment is received! The standard turn around times apply to any shipping choice paid for

Ship days are Tuesdays and Fridays: This means those are the only days we take packages to the post office to be processed.

> INTERNATIONAL Global Non-Guaranteed Priority Mail: 6 -10 business days. 
This service can take longer because any package coming into your country will be accepted by your Customs Office first!
They have the right to open your package.
All items must be described on the customs sticker/shipping label on the package by us
We use legal descriptions, tactfully worded in hopes that it will save you any embarassment should you need to pick up your package at your local Customs Office

INT guys are offered 1st Class Mail service (depending on the weight )

FTM Sock Prep then completion:

If time permits all material is pulled, cut to size using a variety of templates on hand that match that person's size, build, ect. Waistband elastic is cut to size. All items for that ticket are set aside for their turn to be made, in the order paid for.

If time does not permit, these steps will be performed the day that ticket comes up to be made 

When that order comes up to be sewn, all sections are prepped and then sewn. Waistbands are sewn, labels added then attached to each sock. Each item is folded, placed into a reclosable bag, instruction/care sheet inserted then packaged. Shipping labels are paid for and printed the  attached to each package then on the days we specify for shipping gear come around, we take the packages to the post office.

Each item is made with great care. Making gear is not a quick thing especially when a dozen or more paid orders are factored in, with just a few hours to complete them by one person each night. Please don't expect your gear to be made and shipped the same day you pay or payment arrives. They won't be, even if things are really, really slow.
