Some components of The uy FTM STUD© assembly parts include Sulphur Based or Sulpher-Free Latex (depending on what we have on hand), Gorilla Glue© , Gorilla Glue Super-Glue©.
If you have any allergy to any of these, alert us immediately!
We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service to Anyone at Anytime and Reserve the Right to Refund any Monies with or without Explanation
You are responsible for reading this and it is our responsibility to advise and post these terms for you.
These terms are written clearly with wording and terms that are very concise and understandable by most adults. If you are having a hard time understanding these terms and conditions, please find someone to explain these to you or reconsider requesting The FTM STUD© or any urinary device.
These directives, terms and conditions are not meant to scare you. They are written to inform you about what you are contemplating purchasing. Anything less would be doing you a disservice.
The majority of users have no problems with function as a stand to urinate devise. However, not everyone can use The FTM STUD© due to issues with anatomy or impatience to learn. There is no promise or implied promise that you will be able to use a urinary packer of any kind.
Use of The FTM STUD© and its ancillary items are at your own risk and you understand this fully.
You attest that you understand and accept that there can be risks when using anything that is partially inserted into your vaginal area, such as irritation or possible infection and that you are making an educated decision purchasing The FTM STUD© or any urinary devise, even if we don’t make it.
All precautions were taken to make the edges of the receptacle smooth and safe.
The FTM STUD© is NEVER, EVER to be used for SEX / PENETRATION into any orifice or be shared with another person! Regarding using for penetration: The tubing inside could injure vaginal/anal tissues. The FTM STUD©is limp with some rigidity because of the tubing. We don't care what others recommend re: sex with a urinary packer. It's never safe - ever - your safety and your partners is our #1 goal! By paying for The FTM STUD, you understand this and should you defy these directive and you or a sex partner is severely injured or dies from blood loss/infection due to laceration of oral/vaginal/anal tissues, you release the maker from any and all liability, to infinity.
You are solely responsible for The FTM STUD© and it's ancillary items being inspected regularly especially before use, for cleanliness, defects and will monitor any problems with your health or genital anatomy that could exacerbate a problem.
Once you pay, accept delivery of The FTM STUD© and open the package, using even one time, you release the maker from any and all liabilities and or detrimental occurrences from one time use or several uses of The FTM STUD© and agree to this unconditionally.
No refunds, exchanges or returns - No kidding.
*Remember, the average turn around time for the FTM STUD and one holder to be made is approx 2 -3 weeks. Weekends & major holidays (USA) do not count.
*Orders with several holders added can take longer. Nothing is pre-made; everything is made after payment is made.
* At present August 2010, the average time table is 2 weeks, weekends and major holidays do not count. This turn around time table could change at any time.
* If your order can be made sooner, it will be but do not ask us to rush yours or offer to pay us more to place your order ahead of others! We will not do it & we cannot be bribed. We work on our schedule not yours. Emails or texts asking us to deviate from our protocol will be ignored, deleted and not answered!
