Note: You must be at least 18 years old to submit any type of order
Because these are custom made items, made just for you and no one but you, an order form is too impersonal. We need to discuss your order with you so everything made for you is just right!

- We'll neeed you to cut and paste the following information to an email - You can click the email link to open a new email or simply open your email program and compose a new email to orders@gearguygear.com
Name (this will appear on shipping label - make sure this is the name on your lease/deed) - Male name, if different than above (we will respect you and call you by your name name)
- If you are not on a lease, please tell us an "In Care Of" name so your package is not returned)
- Your age (non-negotiable - we need this for our records)
- Your complete mailing address (this includes your house/street number, apartment number (if applies), street name, city, state/province, zip/postal code, country (if outside the USA)
- Cell phone number (we prefer to update you through discrete texts! We promise, No details about your gear will be mentioned)
- Or Landline, if you do not have a cell (we promise, we will not call unless absolutely necessary! If we do need to, no details about your gear will be mentioned)

Would you like us to add Jock Type/Leg straps? (Only White 1/2" elastic is available - please add $2 per sock you want us to add them to)
If you do not want a waistband, tell us here (you will be sent a safety pin with No Band Sock ordered)
How many FTM Sock's would you like us to make?

Waistband size (based on the size men's underwear you wear! our waistband should sit just below the tops of your hipbones)
